"Buying a home sight unseen from out of state could have been stressful, but Scott and his team made it feel effortless. His detailed narrative videos and the wealth of information he gathered about each property made us feel like we were touring in person. He showed incredible patience, touring multiple homes on our behalf and treating each one like it could be our future home. Scott truly internalized our wish list and made sure every suggested home met the wants and needs of our family. His deep market knowledge helped us avoid overbidding, and he was always there in person for inspections, contractor estimates, and to ultimately close and take possession of the home for us. His savvy negotiating skills secured us significant concessions at closing, and thanks to his expertise, we always felt in control of the process. "What a joy to work with Scott! We always had a nice time visiting houses with him and learned a lot throughout the process, but the most impressive part of working with him came when we were negotiating the purchase. Scott was 100% all over it and nailed the negotiations on every single level. We actually were going to make a higher offer and thanks to his prudent advice we made a lower offer and got it. Not only that, but following inspection Scott successfully negotiated a number of improvements to the house that we won't have to worry about taking care of in the future.
